No one know the future, I had a beautiful memory here in 2015. After covid pandemic, Dhara Dhevi closed and abolished. Lately in 2025, the teak wood spa was on fire. It was so sad.

Chiangmai is one of the most popular wedding destination in Thailand. Dhara Dhevi is like a magical kingdom of a palace. The architecture, detail and decoration are superb. The resort is truly picturesque and the owner love to take the photography. Everything is so beautiful and you don’t want to keep the camera in your bag.
Eugene and Chris choose Dhara Dhevi as their wedding venue. They want to have a wedding vow at the rice paddy. Even tough it’s winter but the weather is unpredictable. There was a big storm hit Chiangmai for a few days. Unfortunately, the storm was on their wedding day. We had to change the wedding venue and reception from the rice paddle to indoor Thai sala. But I can feel how much they love each other even it was a bad weather. The rain didn’t stop but the wedding still went on. I made up a decision to take the photo and video for this nice couple again two days after that. They were so happy for our generosity and thankful for Dhara Dhevi to let us taking the photography again. We changed our air tickets and stay 2 more nights in Chiangmai. Our policy is to satisfy the customers and do our best that we can for their big day. We are so lucky that day. The sky was so clear. We flied our drone at the rice paddle and take the shot around the resort. The picturesque is spectacle. It will be an unforgettable memory for them and us too.
